We ship worldwide from our warehouses in Lebanon and Cyprus, depending on product availability and location. Orders are carefully dispatched to ensure your handmade crochet items arrive safely.

Shipping and local delivery fees are clearly displayed during checkout, after item selection and before payment. You'll see the exact cost before completing your order.
Customs & Import Duties
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Please note that customs clearance times are beyond our control and may cause delivery delays.
Order Cancellations
Due to the handmade nature of our products, cancellations cannot be processed once an order is placed. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us directly and we'll be happy to assist.

Return Policy: 14-Day (Non-EU) & 30-Day (EU) Guarantee

Return Timeframe
- Non-EU customers: 14 calendar days from delivery
- EU customers: 30 calendar days from delivery
Return Process
To receive a full refund, items must be returned undamaged and in original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs fees to Cyprus or Lebanon (for returns from outside the EU for Cyprus and for returns from outside Lebanon for shipping from Lebanon). Any expenses we incur will be deducted from your refund, with receipts provided when applicable.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact the seller right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Once your order is received and processing begins, cancellations are not possible due to the handmade nature of our products. Each piece is crafted specifically for you by our Lebanese artisans.
