We ship globally from our Cyprus and Lebanon based stored, while orders from our Lebanon shop are delivered exclusively within Lebanon.

Shipping and local delivery fees are clearly displayed after item selection, prior to checkout and payment.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may arise. Please note that any delays caused by customs procedures are outside of our control.

Return Timeframe

  • Non-EU customers: 14 calendar days from delivery
  • EU customers: 30 calendar days from delivery

Return Process

To receive a full refund, items must be returned undamaged and in original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs fees to Cyprus or Lebanon (for returns from outside the EU for Cyprus and for returns from outside Lebanon for shipping from Lebanon). Any expenses we incur will be deducted from your refund, with receipts provided when applicable.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact the seller right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.
